Every Youth Ministry meets. When do you meet? What should we expect? What is your expectations from the meeting times? Fill this form out and let us know.

We will ask you to do an evaluation of your ministry using a tool we have developed. It will hopefully give you a chance to do some self reflection of your ministry.

We will need to interview several people. Your supervisors, your adult leaders, kids from different age brackets. Fill out this form, give us contact info, and let these folks know we will reach out to schedule some time on our visit.
